KYC Guide for activating Taiwan eSIM

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL TAIWAN SIM/eSIMs MUST BE VERIFIED BY CUSTOMER IDENTITY (KYC) TO BE USED

In accordance with the official regulations of the Government of Taiwan, to ensure the safety of user information, prevent fraud and illegal activities, all Taiwan eSIMs must be verified by customer identity (KYC) to be used. The personal information in this section is only used for real-name registration.

Products that need to be verified (KYC) are eSIM products that support ONLY Taiwan, and Taiwan eSIM products that support MULTIPLE countries do not need to be verified.

The KYC process is very simple and quick. After receiving your eSIM, simply visit the website: https://www.joytelecom.com/en/realname/ and follow the instructions below.

      Really really good service

      Really really good service. I activated the sim but cant connect to the internet , so I deleted the esim and tried to re-activate. This sim can be activated ONCE only, and they write clearly on the sim cover but I didnt see it. Then I contact to the customer service and they made me a replacement which is, i think, i should buy another one. Thank you so much for your kindness

      Purchased E-sim for Malaysia

Their whatsapp customer service was responsive when I encounted a problem (due to the local telco poor network coverage), and the staff walked me through troubleshooting and eventually managed to solve my issue.
