GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. VALIDITY OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All services provided by Gohub Travel Solutions JSC., also known as Gohub, in conjunction with the prepaid eSIM resale shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

The website www.esimgohub.com contains the following terms and conditions. Gohub will only accept alternative provisions in the event of a written, clear agreement.

  1. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

2.1. RESELLING OF eSIM

Prepaid eSIMs are resold through Gohub. The customer registers and purchases its eSIMs through the website www.esimgohub.com. PAYPAL (https://paypal.com) manages our payments.

2.2. REGISTRATION FOR USING GOHUB SERVICES

To use Gohub services, the customer must consent to the general terms and conditions. The following information is provided by the client on the website www.esimgohub.com either directly or through an intermediary of the service provider (Hotel, Travel Agency, etc.): Email address, billing address, first and last names

2.3. GOHUB ENGAGEMENTS

Gohub must make reasonable efforts to offer customers high-quality services. Gohub does not promise that the service will not be stopped or that it will be delivered on time, safely, or without errors.

2.4. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS

The customer shall not use the equipment or services offered by Gohub in a way that is abusive, illegal, or fraudulent, or that compromises or harms the network. Gohub has the right to terminate the Customer’s use of the Service if the Customer violates the terms of this Section 2.4. As soon as it’s practical to do so, Gohub will inform the customer of the suspension. The Customer shall continue to pay any Charges owing under this Agreement in relation to the stopped Services during any term of suspension.

2.5. COMPATIBILITY WITH DEVICES

The customer is in charge of making sure the device is network-unlocked and eSIM compatible. Customers can use this link to check whether your device is eSIM compatible. The list of devices that support eSIM is not complete, therefore there may be recently announced eSIM compatible devices that have not yet been added.

  1. THE CONTRACT’S BEGINNING, DURATION, AND TERMINATION

The moment an order is placed on Gohub’s website, https://www.esimgohub.com, a service agreement is established between Gohub and the customer. The Customer is accountable for activating the eSIM under the help of Gohub, if needed. If the consumer does not have a current data package or has removed the eSIM from the device, the contract will be cancelled.

  1. CHARGES AND PAYMENT

4.1. TERMS OF PAYMENT 

Paying for Gohub services is done through PayPal. Payment is made in US dollars ($). Gohub’s provider PAYPAL (https://paypal.com) will execute and secure the credit card transaction.

4.2. CHARGES FOR USE

4.2.1. Unless otherwise stated, all charges on Gohub are inclusive of VAT.

4.2.2. The customer is not permitted to offset any of its claims against those of Gohub, unless the customer’s claims are uncontested or have been upheld by an authoritative court decision.

  1. DELIVERY

Following the purchase of an eSIM using the email provided during the checkout process, the customer will get 3 emails. Three emails were sent, including: 1 confirmed order email, 1 successfully ordered email, and 1 email containing the QR code and instructions for installing the eSIM. 

  1. REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY

If the eSIM cannot be installed and utilized because of a Gohub-related technical issue, the customer has the right to request a refund or a modification.

6.1. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

6.1.1. POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

6.1.1.2. When the activation is no longer possible after thorough troubleshooting, a refund request may be made within thirty (30) days after the purchase date.

6.1.1.3. If the eSIM has already been activated and a problem develops that Gohub is to blame for and/or that the cell operator has acknowledged can’t be fixed quickly, a refund for the remaining data may be given.

6.1.1.4. The customer’s early cooperation in resolving the issue is absolutely important in order to receive a refund.

6.1.1.5. Each data package has its own validity period. The leftover data will not be eligible for a refund of any kind when the validity period expires.

6.1.1.6. Compensation: No refunds or payments of any type will be made because of charges from additional phones, additional SIM cards, or additional hotel phones (See section 7. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY in our Terms and Conditions).

6.1.1.7. Fraudulent purchases: If there is any indication of misuse, a breach of our terms and conditions, or any fraudulent actions related to utilizing Gohub products and services, Gohub retains the right to refuse any kind of refund.

6.1.1.8.Unauthorized purchases: Before processing any refunds, the matter will be investigated and approved. Any orders connected to fraud may be suspended by Gohub at its discretion.

6.1.1.9. Incorrect charges: If a customer reasonably and in good faith disputes an invoice or a portion of it, the customer must notify Gohub of the dispute within 10 working days of receiving the invoice. The notification must include information about why the customer believes the amount charged is incorrect as well as, if possible, the amount the customer believes is owed. (Read more about charges for use in section 4.2 of the terms and conditions.)

6.1.1.10. Gohub will not accept refund request in these cases:

  • The customer has deleted the eSIM and wants to reinstall the eSIM.
  • The customer installed the eSIM by accident.
  • Customer’s device does not support eSIM.
  • Customer’s phone is locked (locked phone version).
  • eSIM has expired (expiration date is 30-90 days within generating).
  • The destination country has force majeure events (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, earthquakes, epidemics, fires, wars, strikes, riots, changes in policies and laws of the destined country, change of government, etc.).
  • The network infrastructure of the destination country has problems and is unstable.

6.1.1.11. Other Reasons: If the refund request does not fall under one of the aforementioned categories, we will look into it individually. If the refund is granted, there can be a processing charge. The most credit or refund a consumer may request must be equal to or lower than the entire price of their purchase.

6.1.2. REFUND PROCESS

Customers contact the Gohub support team via Gohub Whatsapp (+84 866 44 00 22) or send an email to cs@esimgohub.com to make a refund request. Please be aware that the aforementioned refund policy will apply. Customers may be asked for additional information to support their refund request, depending on the nature of the problem, such as screenshots of the device settings for technical problems, explanations of why the invoiced amount is incorrect, and, if possible, an estimate of how much the customer believes is owed. Regarding refunds for technical problems, please see section 6.1.1.2 of the same article. Customers can choose to receive a credit using their original payment method (Paypal). The transaction may take 5 to 10 business days to complete. 

6.2. MODIFICATION

Once acquired, the eSIM data packages from Gohub cannot be changed or customized based on specific requirements; they are provided as-is.

  1. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

Gohub disclaims liability for any harm caused by the proposed service’s intermittent or nonexistent availability. Gohub makes no assurances regarding the network service’s ongoing availability. Please send an email to cs@esimgohub.com with any requests.
